Welcome to NewComm Global's Sheadership(tm) mentoring program. We offer 3 different opportunities to up your game, learn more about yourself and/or improve the quality of your interactions. Leadership is a contact sport! 

Although this leadership development program has been designed for women, as its name implies, men are also welcome. We are only accepting 8 new participants in 2014 in order to provide the highest levels of service.

I) Sheadership Discover(tm)- 3 months

1. Goals, Objectives and process scoping

2. Values Clarification: Assessment, Reports and Analysis

3. Leadership Statement and Mentoring Plan Co-Design and Shepherding

a. Initial scoping call (step 1 above)
b. Minimum  of 1 monthly phone or video call (30 minutes), for a total of 4 calls, with Chief Mentor, Lucie Newcomb, in support of plan and personal progress.
c. Interim email support (up to 3 per month)
d. Check-in and co-created next steps

FEES: $499 in advance or $199 per month in advance. Fees include Values assessment (Special introductory rate).


II) Sheadership Accelerate(tm)- 6 months

1. Goals, Objectives and process scoping

2. Values Clarification: Assessment, Reports and Analysis

3. Leadership Practices Inventory - Assessment of Leadership behaviors frequency

4. Leadership Statement and Mentoring Plan Co-Design and Shepherding

a. Initial scoping call (step 1 above)
b. Minimum  of 1 monthly phone or video call (40 minutes), for a total of 5 calls, with Chief Mentor, Lucie Newcomb, in support of plan and personal progress.
c. Interim email support (up to 4 per month)
d. Custom bibliography, tailored to mentoring plan
e. Copy of The Leadership Challenge (Kouzes and Posner) or Values Shift (Hall)
f. 1 "wild card" challenge support call (up to 30 minutes) sometime during the program.
g. Check-in and co-created next step

FEES: $1199 in advance or $249 per month in advance. Fees include Values assessment and Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), as well as a copy of The Leadership Challenge (Kouzes and Posner) or Values Shift (Hall) (Special introductory rate).

III) Sheadership On-Demand(tm) - 3-6 months

1. Goals, Objectives and process scoping

2. Values Clarification: Assessment, Reports and Analysis

3. Framework: Largely Q & A in nature, this option is good for clients who want support around specific challenges or who prefer to work "off plan" on a number of discreet issues.

FEES: $1899 in advance per month in advance for up to 10 hours per month. Minimum of 3 months required, with one option to renew for an additional 3 months. Includes Hall-Tonna Values Inventory. Leadership Practices Inventory available for an additional fee (Special introductory rate).
 

                                                     Chief Mentor
 
Lucie Newcomb, M.A., (Leadership), is President and Chief Executive Officer of 
The NewComm Global Group, Inc., an international management consulting firm that provides accelerated Global Markets Leadership and Global Leadership Development programs. A former resident of South Africa and England, she has been opening markets for leaders, such as Cisco, IBM, Johnson & Johnson and select startups in Global Marketing Strategy; Business Design, Change and Sustainability; and Global Leadership programs.
 
A mentor for TechWomen, a U.S. State Department exchange program with the Middle East and North Africa, US Market Access Center, an accelerator for foreign-based startups, and co-Founder of the GraceNet Mentoring program for women in technology, she is the designer and Chief Mentor of Sheadership ™, NewComm Global’s new mentoring program. She is also a co-author of the forthcoming anthology, Women as Global Leaders, of the International Leadership Association.
 
Lucie is an accredited coach in the Hall-Tonna (Values) Inventory and the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI). She has a Bachelor's degree from U.C. Berkeley, where she is an Extension instructor (“Leading in a Technical Environment”), and a Master's degree in Leadership from St. Mary’s College of California.

Terms and Conditions

A. Confidentiality- Mentoring, particularly in a custom program such as ours, is a highly personal experience, with nothing to be shared in any way without a client's express permission.

B. Upgrades - available prior to 2nd session only. Completion of Sheadership Discover(tm) may be applied towards Sheadership Accelerate(tm) upon program completion.

C. Refunds -Available following termination in writing within first 2 weeks of program. Refunds for assessments are not available. Requests must be made in writing.
