Case Study: Johnson & Johnson had a sweeping two part goal in entering the South African market: 1) to establish and embed its leading LifeScan® brand and operations in both this, the world's 4th largest diabetes market amidst large scale rivals that had penetrated during the Apartheid era; and 2) leverage South Africa's infrastructure to establish its operations and distribution for the entire continent.
In just nine months, and with a very modest budget, NewComm Global accomplished:
