"Building and Managing an Effective Organizational Culture"
Featuring the Hall Tonna System for Leadership Development
Course Description:
The
first part of the course covers the history and strategy behind
effective organizational cultures, along with current trends and
approaches. It includes an overview of best practices and case studies
(e.g., Zappos, IBM CEO study).
The second part is devoted to the
execution of this knowledge, and will focus on small group work geared
towards plan outline development. Essential bridging and integration
aspects, such as change management and "Line of Sight" concepts will
also be introduced in order to facilitate the bridge building required
between old and new. The course covers implementation aspects of the
plan, from communications, both internal and external, to employee
performance management alignment. A values-based approach underpins the
entire series, leveraging individual values assessments as a blueprint
for organizational culture development.

emphasis on "Going Global," it’s just good business to get a sense of
what that means, both generally and specifically, and what it might
mean to you and your business.
Join
